Love this place. The skiing is great and the Lake Tahoe views are amazing. If you ski in Lake Tahoe this is a must!! Two feet of fresh powder last year made it one my best ski days ever.... Moreexpert skier

there was the most and best quality of snow. They did a great job of opening up what was covered and good at closing off what wasn't ready yet. I
Still my sentimental favorite as I ski at a lot of different resorts nowadays. If your going to "ski" and want the best chance of the most and highest quality snow.... Moreexpert skier

Great skying. Nice facilities all over the mountain. Short lines.great apres ski. Even with a few thousand people on the slopes, plenty of terrain to snowboard or ski. A little pricey, but worth it.... Moreintermediate snowboarder

Even though the marriage didn't last, Northstar was always good, always consistent, and I knew what I was getting into every season by skiing there, instead of surprises like discovering my wife rented...
