This resort is extremely family friendly, great for people of all skills, skis or snowboarding, gondola ride and tubing. Tons of excellent boutique shopping, excellent food. I've had some my best times ever at Nortth star resort of Tahoe! Ultimately, Snowboarding with friends and family in the epic pow is incredible. However, I haven't been able to buy a epic pass for the last few years. So, it would really be awesome to get up on the mountain a lot more this year. No doubt I would use the pass non stop. I've been to Northstar several times over several years (I'm based in NYC) and its always been a blast. The staff is good, the lifts are fast, and the terrain is amazing. Huge place, great snow pack with fast lifts. The food is good but nothing to extreme. If I could change one thing about the resort it would be beer stations mid run.. and Maybe cheap bakery bread to fill up on for us collage kids!... More
